It's very important that the parts to be vapour blasted are free from caked-on grease, engine oil, gasket cement and general grime.

You can save yourself time and money by presenting the parts to us as clean as possible as we charge a fee to remove same!

Carburettors

We carry out a full refurbishing service for motorcycle carbs. Firstly they are vapour blasted, which brings them to "as new" condition. They are then disassembled and placed in our new state of the art 40Hz industrial ultrasonic cleaner. This removes any internal grime from jets, internal passageways and orifices left from ethanol contamination, varnish residues etc. Finally they are reassembled, adjusted and tested for fuel leaks and given a coat of ACF-50 to preserve the new finish.
